The UP NEET UG Round 2 merit list 2026 has been published for Uttar Pradesh’s MBBS and BDS counselling. The list is dated 21 September 2026 and runs to 1,002 pages. It includes 33,043 registered candidates in all.

What Details Does the Merit List Contain?

For each candidate, the list shows:

• Serial number
• NEET roll number
• Candidate’s name
• Father’s name
• UP category
• UP subcategory
• NEET marks
• NEET rank

The categories seen in the list include UR, BC, SC and EW, while the subcategory column includes entries such as OP and PH. The legend at the bottom of each page explains the codes used for other-state candidates: OB (Other Backward Class, Other State), OS (Scheduled Caste, Other State), OT (Scheduled Tribe, Other State) and OE (EWS, Other State).

Who Is Eligible for Choice Filling?

The disclaimer printed on every page says the list is registered candidate data for UP NEET UG 2026 counselling. It also states that only candidates who have paid both the registration fee and the security money, and whose documents have been verified successfully, are eligible for choice filling.

Being named in the list alone therefore does not guarantee a place in choice filling. Candidates should confirm that their fee, security deposit and document verification are all complete.

How to Check Your Name

The merit list is a large PDF, so candidates can search for their NEET roll number or name in the document. Because the list is sorted by NEET marks, higher scorers appear on the earlier pages and lower scorers towards the end.

Candidates should also keep watching the official UP NEET UG counselling website for the choice filling schedule, seat matrix and result dates, which are not part of this merit list document.
