Uttarakhand NEET UG 2025 Round 2 Admission Guidelines Released

HNBUMU has issued detailed instructions for NEET UG 2025 Round 2 admissions, including seat upgradation and new admission procedures.

Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU) has released detailed instructions regarding the admission process for NEET UG 2025 Round 2 counselling. The notification outlines procedures for both already admitted students (seat upgradation cases) and fresh admissions.

Admission Procedure for Already Admitted Students

  • Download allotment letter.
  • Withdraw admission from Round 1 college (if changing seat).
  • Report to the new allotted college with withdrawal and allotment letters.
  • Pay additional tuition fee directly to the new college (if applicable).
  • Excess advance fee will be refunded after counselling rounds (if applicable).
  • If retaining the same seat, submit allotment letter to existing college, no further action needed.

Admission Procedure for New Students

  1. Login with candidate ID.
  2. Pay the advance tuition fee as per the allotted college and quota.
  3. Download fee receipt and allotment letter.
  4. Report to the allotted college with receipt, allotment letter, and required original documents.
  5. Pay the balance tuition and other fees directly at the college.
  6. Collect the final admission letter from the college within the specified period.

Documents Required

  • Allotment letter and advance tuition fee receipt
  • High school (10th) certificate for age proof
  • 10+2 certificate and mark sheet
  • NEET UG 2025 admit card and rank letter
  • Caste/reservation certificate (if applicable)
  • Domicile certificate (for Uttarakhand candidates, if applicable)
  • PwD/Kashmiri Migrant certificate (if applicable)
  • Valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN, Driving License, etc.)
  • Other documents as required by the allotted college

Important Guidance for Candidates

  • The admission process will be considered complete only after the candidate receives the admission letter from the concerned college.
  • Students must personally report to the allotted college with original documents; admission will not be granted on the basis of undertakings or affidavits.
  • The last date to complete Round 2 admissions is 30 September 2025.
  • Candidates who fail to report within the given time frame will have their allotted seat cancelled.
  • Security deposit rules and refund/forfeit conditions will apply as per counselling guidelines.

HNBUMU has advised all students to follow the schedule for timely completion of the admission process.
