Key Points to Note

  • The seat allotment is provisional and based on the information filled by candidates during online registration.
  • The allotment letter can be downloaded from the link provided on the university website.
  • Besides the advance tuition fee, candidates must pay other applicable charges (remaining tuition fee, admission fee, security deposit, mess fee, hostel fee, sports fee, etc.) directly to the allotted institute.
  • Deadline for Freeze candidates: Candidates who freeze their seat must upload all required documents and get them verified by the Principal of the allotted institute by September 18, 2026. Failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation of the allotted seat.
  • Candidates upgraded from a Float seat in Round 1 to a new institute in Round 2 must re-upload their documents on their login ID for fresh online verification by the new institute.
  • If a Float candidate does not upload documents for verification at the new institute after seat upgradation, the earlier Float seat will be automatically cancelled.
  • Candidates who chose Float in Round 1 and did not get a seat upgrade in Round 2 need not take any action – their earlier Float seat remains unchanged.
