Gujarat MBBS/BDS 2026 Second Round Registration Starts

The Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC), Government of Gujarat, has released an advertisement for Online Registration for the Second Round of admission to First-Year Undergraduate Medical and Dental Courses for the Academic Year 2026-27, at Government and Self-Financed Medical and Dental Colleges in Gujarat.

This round is applicable for students who have passed Class 12 (Science stream with B/AB Group) from the Gujarat Board or from a school situated in Gujarat affiliated with CBSE, CISCE, Cambridge University, or NIOS, who qualified as per the All India Overall Rank in NEET-UG 2026, fulfil the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Gujarat, and who have not registered in Round-01.

Key Points for Candidates

• Online PIN Fee: PIN can be purchased online at www.medadmgujarat.org on payment of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) + Rs. 10,000/- (Refundable Security Deposit) = Total Rs. 11,000/-.
• Prior Appointment Required: After online registration, candidates must take prior appointment for Document Verification and submission of self-attested photocopies at the Help Center, selecting the Date and Time slot at the time of printing the Registration Slip.
• Help Center Timings: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 04:00 pm; Saturday, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Help Center remains closed on public holidays and Sundays.
• For Local Quota: Candidates applying to Local Quota Seats at Smt. NHL Municipal Medical College, Ahmedabad, or Surat Municipal Institute of Medical Education & Research (SMIMER), Surat, must obtain a certificate from the Dean of the respective institute confirming local student status of Ahmedabad/Surat city, and must contact the respective college.
• For NRI Candidates Only: After online application, candidates must submit a Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000/- in favor of “ACPUGMEC,” payable at Gandhinagar, as processing fee at the office of ACPUGMEC, GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar.
• For candidates who already purchased PIN in Round-01 (paid Rs. 11,000/-) but did not complete online registration/document verification: they do not need to purchase a new online PIN — they only need to complete registration and submit photocopies of documents at the Help Center.
