Bihar UGMAC 2026 Stray Vacancy Round Registration Date Extended

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has extended the online counselling programme for the stray vacancy round of the Undergraduate Medical Admission Counselling (UGMAC) 2026. The notice, Adv. No. BCECEB(UGMAC)-2026/16, is dated October 22, 2026. The last date for online registration is now October 24, 2026 (10:00 PM).

The counselling covers admission to MBBS, BDS, B.V.Sc. and A.H., and B.F.Sc. courses in government medical, dental and veterinary colleges, the College of Fisheries, and private medical and dental colleges of Bihar.

Why the Dates Were Extended

The Board received complaints from candidates about server and technical issues, which stopped them from submitting their consent and choices within the scheduled dates. To help candidates, the Board has extended the registration, application, consent and choice filling dates for the stray vacancy round.
