Gujarat MBBS/BDS Round 4 Provisional Allotment 2026 Out

The Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Education Courses (ACPUGMEC), Government of Gujarat, has released the provisional allotment list for the 4th online stray vacancy round for MBBS and BDS admissions in 2026-27. Selected candidates must pay their fees and report with original documents by October 26, 2026.

The round covers Government Seats and Management Seats in Government and Self-Financed medical and dental colleges in Gujarat, for candidates in the ACPUGMEC merit list.

Help Centers work Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. They are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Offline fee payment at HDFC Bank is possible only during banking hours on working days.

Round 4 Allotment Highlights

The provisional lists show 223 candidates allotted seats in this round: 119 in MBBS and 104 in BDS. Most MBBS allotments (86 of 119) are under Management Seats, while most BDS allotments are under Government Seats.

• The highest NEET score in the list is 508, allotted a Government Seat at Dr. M. K. Shah Medical College and Research Centre, Ahmedabad.
• The meritwise list includes candidates from the OP, SE, EW, SC and ST categories.
• Among MBBS colleges, Narendra Modi Medical College, Ahmedabad (19 allotments), Pramukhswami Medical College, Karamsad (16), and Zydus Medical College, Dahod (13) have the highest numbers.
• Among dental colleges, College of Dental Science and Hospital, Amargadh (28), and Goenka Research Institute of Dental Science, Gandhinagar (17), lead.

What Candidates Should Do

1. Check the provisional meritwise or institute-wise allotment list for your name, merit number and allotted college.
2. Pay the tuition fees online or at a designated HDFC Bank branch before the deadline.
3. Report to the Help Center with all original documents by 5:00 PM on October 26, 2026.
