- Upgradation: If seats remain vacant after the reporting schedule, OJEE will run an upgradation process. It will include all reported candidates and candidates who filled choices in the stray round but were not allotted a seat.
- After upgradation: Candidates who are upgraded to another course or college must download the fresh admission letter from their login and report to the final allotted college on the scheduled date and time.
- Spot round: If seats are still vacant after upgradation, a physical spot round may be held at the OJEE Cell, Gandamunda, so that the admission timeline set by MCC is followed. The detailed schedule will be notified later if needed.
