AP MBBS/BDS 2026 MQ Stray Round 2 Schedule Released

Vijayawada, October 24, 2026: Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) has released the notification for the AP MBBS BDS Management Quota Stray Round 2 2026. New online applications are invited for vacant Category-C (NRI Lapsed) seats in MBBS and for vacancies in BDS (Category-B and Category-C NRI Lapsed) under the Management Quota for 2026-27. The application window is open for only three hours today, October 24, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Candidates can apply at apuhs-ugadmissions.aptonline.in/MBBSMQ/Home/StudentLogin. The application must be filled on a desktop or laptop only.

Application Fee

• Rs 31,000 for new registration
• Rs 6,000 for candidates moving from Category-B to NRI Lapsed status

The application and processing fee is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted to a later date under any circumstances.

Who Is Not Eligible?

The following candidates cannot take part in the Stray Round of NTRUHS counselling:

• Candidates who joined MBBS in Phase-1 or Phase-2 counselling (both Convenor Quota and Management Quota).
• Candidates allotted MBBS seats in Phase-III (Mop-up) or Stray Round counselling (both quotas).
• Candidates who joined BDS in Phase-1 or Phase-2, or were allotted BDS seats in Phase-III Mop-up (both quotas).
• Candidates whose names appear in the list shared by the Medical Counselling Committee up to the Stray Round, and candidates who joined MBBS in other states.

Applications submitted for Competent Authority (Convenor) Quota seats will not be considered for Management Quota seats.

Documents to Upload

All documents must be uploaded as PDF files of up to 500 KB, unless stated otherwise.

• NEET UG 2026 rank card (mandatory)
• Birth certificate or SSC marks memo (mandatory)
• Qualifying exam certificate, i.e. Intermediate marks memo or equivalent (mandatory). Grade certificates are not accepted.
• Study certificates from Class 6 to 10+2, for local Andhra Pradesh candidates claiming Category-B2 seats
• Transfer or migration certificate (10+2)
• Caste certificate, if applicable
• Minority certificate (Muslim only), if applicable
• Notarized affidavit of parental financial status, signed by the parent and the candidate, for the NRI Lapsed category (up to 2000 KB). The format is given in Annexure-II of the notification.
• Photo identity proof (Aadhaar)
• PwD certificate, if applicable
• Passport-size photograph (mandatory), in JPG/JPEG format, up to 100 KB
• Specimen signature (mandatory), in JPG/JPEG format, up to 100 KB

Applications without the mandatory documents, photograph or signature, or with incomplete information, will be rejected automatically.

Key Points for Candidates

• Candidates allotted a seat in Stray Round 2 must report to the allotted college within the schedule with all original certificates, the provisional allotment order and the final application copy. They cannot resign the seat.
• Selected candidates must download the allotment order by paying the university fee of Rs 70,100 online through debit card, credit card or net banking. They must also pay the tuition and college fees at the college.
• MBBS classes began on September 15, 2026.
• Exercising web options does not confer an automatic right to admission, and a merit position does not make an ineligible candidate eligible.
• Candidates found giving false information or submitting forged documents face cancellation of admission and further action.
• Candidates cannot withdraw from the course until the admission schedule closes. The university does not support seat blocking and will take legal action against candidates found involved in it.
• All other terms and conditions remain the same as in the university notification dated October 19, 2026.
