AP MBBS/BDS CQ 2026 CAP Category Final Eligible List Out

Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijayawada has released two important updates for candidates participating in the Competent Authority Quota (CQ) counselling for admission into MBBS & BDS courses for the academic year 2026-27.

Addendum to Eligibility List Under PwBD Category

An addendum to the Eligible/Not Eligible list under the PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) category, originally displayed on 22.08.2026, has been issued and signed by the Registrar on 25.08.2026. As per this addendum, one additional candidate has been declared eligible:

Priority-wise Final List of Eligible/Not Eligible Candidates Under CAP Category

NTRUHS has also published the priority-wise final list of eligible and not eligible candidates under the CAP (Children of Armed Forces Personnel) category, issued by the Director, Department of Sainik Welfare, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, after examination of grievances.

AP MBBS/BDS CQ 2026 CAP Category List

Key highlights of the list:

• The list contains 486 candidate entries in total, ranked by NEET Rank and Score, along with Registration ID, NEET Roll Number, Gender, Category, Area, and Priority (I to VIII).
• Candidates have been segregated as “Eligible” or “Not Eligible,” with remarks specifying reasons for ineligibility.
• Common reasons for candidates being marked Not Eligible include:
  • Para Military Forces personnel not eligible for CAP category (BSF, CRPF, ITBP, GREF, CISF)
  • Wards of Ex-servicemen from other states not eligible under CAP category in Andhra Pradesh (as per G.O. MS No. 59, dated 16 May 2018, Home Services-IV Department)
  • Candidates belonging to other states / other state serving personnel
  • Required documents not submitted

Candidates are advised to check their names, eligibility status, and priority order carefully in the official list and contact the concerned authority for any discrepancies.
