The result was published on September 4, 2026, and is available on www.apdhte.nic.in. Candidates have been directed to log in to www.apjee.co.in using their credentials to complete the reporting process.
Physical Reporting for Freeze Option Candidates
Candidates who opt for “Freeze” (online) must physically report to the concerned Directorate within 8th September 2026 (up to 4:00 PM) for obtaining their nomination letter. The reporting centres are course-specific:

Important Note for Allotted Candidates
Candidates who have been allotted a seat but fail to submit willingness (Freeze only) and/or fail to report to the respective Directorates within 8th September 2026 (up to 4:00 PM) will be treated as not interested, and their allotment will stand automatically cancelled. However, such candidates will be automatically eligible for the Spot Round.
Documents Required at Physical Reporting
Candidates must submit 2 self-attested photocopies of the following documents (along with originals) and 3 copies of a recent passport-size photograph:
- Filled Scrutiny Form (available on www.apdhte.nic.in)
- Downloaded copy of Provisional Allotment Letter
- Class X pass certificate (for age verification)
- Class XII marksheet/pass certificate
- NEET 2026 Score Card
- PWD certificate (if applicable)
- Security Deposit/Seat Acceptance Fee receipt
- School Leaving/Transfer Certificate
- Migration Certificate
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- Certificate to ascertain candidate category:
- APST candidates: APST Certificate
- Non-APST candidates: Employment Certificate from Government employer, OR Domicile Certificate (for a period of at least 3 years) issued by a First Class Magistrate during 2026 – applicable to candidates who passed Class XII from any institution within Arunachal Pradesh.
