Bihar UGMAC 2025: The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has been released the detailed schedule for the second round of the Undergraduate Medical Admission Counselling (UGMAC) 2025. Bihar NEET UG Counselling is being conducted for admissions into MBBS, BDS, and B.V.Sc. & A.H. courses in both government and private medical colleges across Bihar.
As per the official notification (Adv. No. BCECEB(UGMAC)-2025/08 on 30 August, 2025), candidates who were allotted seats in Round 1 but do not wish to continue have the option to resign under the Free Exit facility. The resignation window is open from September 2 to September 3, 2025, up to 4:00 PM. Students must complete the resignation process through the online UGMAC-2025 portal, where a resignation slip will be generated after successful submission. Once resigned, the choices made in Round 1 will be treated as null and void.
The board has also announced the schedule for Round 2 counselling. The process of online choice filling for seat allotment will begin on September 5, 2025, and the last date for filling and locking choices is September 8, 2025. The provisional Bihar NEET seat allotment result will be published on September 12, 2025.

Students allotted seats in Round 2 can download their allotment order between 12, September and 18 September, 2025 and must report for document verification and admission at designated centres from September 15 to September 18, 2025.
The BCECEB has clarified that fresh choice filling is mandatory for participating in Round 2. Upgradation of seats in further rounds will depend on availability and merit.
