The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has invited online applications from eligible NEET UG 2026 candidates for the Under Graduate Medical Admission Counselling (UGMAC)-2026. The counselling will be used to fill seats in MBBS and BDS courses at government and private medical/dental colleges of Bihar, as well as B.V.Sc. & A.H. and B.F.Sc. courses at government veterinary and fisheries colleges.
The counselling is based on the merit list prepared from NEET UG 2026 scores released by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

- Government medical colleges including Patna Medical College, IGIMS Patna, Darbhanga Medical College, Nalanda Medical College, ANM Medical College Gaya, JLN Medical College Bhagalpur, SK Medical College Muzaffarpur, Government Medical College Bettiah, BMIMS Pawapuri, Jannayak Karpoori Thakur Medical College Madhepura, ESIC Medical College Bihta, and Government Medical College Purnea
- Patna Dental College
- Bihar Veterinary College Patna, College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences Kishanganj, and COF Kishanganj
- Private medical colleges including Katihar Medical College, Mata Gujari Memorial Medical College Kishanganj, Narayan Medical College Sasaram, and several others, along with private dental colleges such as Mithila Minority Dental College Darbhanga and Buddha Institute of Dental Science Patna

For candidates opting for both government and private institution choices, or private medical and dental together, the fee is Rs. 1,200/- for all categories. Payment can be made online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI, with an additional processing charge.

There will be four rounds of counselling in total, all conducted online, with further details on Rounds 3 and 4 to be published separately.
Registration Process
- Authenticate identity using NEET UG 2026 roll number, name, and date of birth, and verify via OTP sent to the registered mobile number and email
- Complete the multi-step application form covering personal information, contact details, and educational information
- Upload photograph, signature, and required documents, including the Ward Quota certificate if applicable
- Review entries on the preview page and make corrections if needed before final submission
- Pay the counselling fee and security deposit online, after which the payment cannot be refunded except in case of transaction failure
- Fill choices of course and institution in order of preference, then save and lock the choices before the deadline
- Download the confirmation page, fee receipt, and choice slip for future reference
Documents Required at Allotment and Admission
- NEET UG 2026 admit card and score card
- UGMAC-2026 rank card
- Matric and Intermediate (10+2) mark sheets/certificates
- Residential certificate
- Caste/EWS certificate, where applicable
- NRI/DQ/Minority/Ward Quota certificate, where applicable
- Printed confirmation page of the online application
- Six passport-size photographs matching the one on the NEET admit card
- Aadhaar card and biometric identification check slip
NRI and DQ Quota Candidates
Candidates seeking NRI quota benefits must select the NRI option at the time of registration and upload the required certificates and notarised affidavits, including an NRI certificate from a competent authority and proof of sponsorship, as per MCC’s notification dated 27.05.2026. DQ (PwBD) candidates must upload their DQ certificate issued by an authorised centre along with their UDID card and affidavit.
