As per the official notice (Order No. 1556, dated 07.09.2026), candidates admitted through Round 1 of state counselling who wish to cancel/withdraw their admission can do so through the Seat Resign Portal / Seat Withdrawal Portal.

Important Instructions for Candidates
- Only candidates who were admitted through Round 1 of Chhattisgarh State NEET UG counselling and wish to cancel/withdraw their admission need to use this portal.
- The Seat Resign/Seat Withdrawal Portal will remain active only during the specified window: 07 September 2026 (2:30 PM) to 10 September 2026 (12:00 Noon).
- Candidates wishing to withdraw their seat must report to their respective admitted institution and complete the withdrawal/resignation process within the stipulated deadline.
- This notice has been approved by the Commissioner, Medical Education, and signed by the Counselling Committee, Directorate of Medical Education, Chhattisgarh.
