Haryana NEET UG 2026 Special Stray Round Schedule Out

Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHS), Rohtak, has released the tentative schedule for the Special Stray Round for MBBS and Round 5 for BDS in Haryana. The public notice (No. UHSR/Acad/A-III/2026/10109) is dated November 3, 2026. It covers admission to MBBS and BDS in government, government-aided and private institutes in Haryana for the 2026-27 session. Candidates can register and fill choices from November 3 to November 7, 2026, up to 11:59 PM.

The notice says the schedule is tentative.

Institutes Covered

The round covers MBBS and BDS seats in government, government-aided and private colleges in Haryana, including:

• SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram
• Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Sadhopur, Ambala
• Al-Falah University (minority private university)
• Sanskaram School of Medical Sciences, Jhajjar, under Sanskaram University

Security Amount to Participate

All candidates, whether already registered or freshly registered, must deposit a security amount online to take part:

Candidates who do not deposit the required amount are not eligible for the round.

What Happens to the Security Amount?

• If the candidate joins: The amount is adjusted against the first-year tuition fee.
• If the candidate is allotted a seat but does not join: The amount is forfeited, and the candidate cannot take part in further rounds, if any.
• If the candidate is not allotted any seat: The amount is returned after counselling ends.
• If wrong information leads to cancellation of the seat during document verification, or the candidate cannot produce the required documents, the amount is forfeited.
• Candidates who paid the security amount in Round 2, Round 3 or Stray Round 1 but got no seat need not pay again.

Who Can Participate?

• Candidates already registered in Round 1, 2, 3 or the Stray Round need not register again.
• Fresh candidates can register on the portal.
• Not eligible: Candidates allotted a seat in Round 3 or the Stray Round of state counselling.
• Not eligible: Candidates who have already joined a seat up to the Stray Round through all-india or any state counselling, even after resigning.

Important Rules

• Fresh choices are compulsory. Choices filled in Round 1, 2, 3 and the Stray Round are treated as null and void.
• Seat conversion: As per the Haryana government notification of August 27, 2026, vacant seats in reserved categories revert to their original category after the merit list of reserved candidates is exhausted (for example, BC-A to BC-B, and finally to unreserved). Seats vacated after the third round are first offered to candidates of the original category.
• BCA and BC-B candidates: The Haryana government notification of July 16, 2024 applies.
• Read with the bulletin. The instructions should be read along with the NEET UG 2026 information bulletin and later public notices.

What Candidates Should Do

1. Register or log in on the admission portal and fill fresh choices before 11:59 PM on November 7, 2026.
2. Pay the required security amount online.
3. Check the provisional allocation on November 10, 2026 and raise any grievance.
4. Pay the provisional tuition fee between November 10 and 14, 2026 (up to 5:00 PM).
5. Attend physical document verification at Rohtak on November 15, 2026.
6. Join the allotted institute by 4:00 PM on November 16, 2026.
