Seat Distribution Across Colleges

The matrix lists seats college-wise and course-wise, with a separate total for each college. It covers roughly 83 Ayurvedic colleges offering BAMS and 15 homoeopathic colleges offering BHMS. Most of the seats are in NRI, Others and private/open categories.

Some colleges with the larger seat counts in this round are:

• HKDE Trust’s Basavaraj Patil Memorial Ayurvedic Medical College, Humnabad, Bidar: 74 seats
• Bhagavan Budha Homoeopathy Medical College, Bengaluru: 64 seats
• Dr. B.D. Jatti Homoeopathy Medical College, Dharwad: 62 seats
• Prasanna College of Ayurveda and Hospital, Belthangady: 60 seats
• Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College, Mangaluru: 56 seats

Government colleges in the list have only a few seats in this round, for example Government Ayurvedic Medical College, Bengaluru (5 seats) and Government Homoeopathy Medical College, Bengaluru (18 seats).

How the Matrix Is Organised

Each college has its own table with the course name, college code and seat counts under category codes such as GM, 1G, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, SC, ST, NRI, OPN and OTH. The last column gives the total seats for that course in that college. Candidates should read the seats for their own category and quota rather than only the total.
