Bengaluru– The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), along with the state Department of Medical Education, has notified the Medical College-wise Fee Structure for MBBS admissions for the academic year 2026-27. The fees have been fixed as per Government Orders No. MED 218 RGU 2026 dated 14-08-2026 and MED 213 RGU 2026 dated 13-08-2026, issued by the Government of Karnataka.

Background

According to the government orders, the fee structure has been finalized following consensus meetings held under the chairmanship of the Principal Secretary, Medical Education Department, on 12-06-2026, involving representatives of private medical college associations in the state- the Karnataka Private Medical & Dental Colleges’ Association (KPCF), the Association of Minority Professional Colleges of Karnataka (AMPCK), and the Karnataka Religious and Linguistic Minority Professional Colleges’ Association (KRLMPCA) — regarding seat-sharing and fee arrangements for undergraduate and postgraduate medical and dental courses for 2026-27.
