Key Instructions for Candidates

  1. Verify details carefully: Candidates must carefully check their name spelling, category, gender, marks, and other relevant details published in the Provisional Merit List.
  2. Grievance through login only: Any discrepancy or error must be raised as a grievance through the candidate’s own login. Grievances raised through email will not be considered.
  3. Grievance Link: The link to raise a grievance is available within the candidate login.
  4. One-time grievance, multiple fields: Candidates can raise a grievance only once, but within that single grievance, objections can be raised for more than one field (e.g., Gender, Category, Specified Reservation, etc.).
  5. No edits after submission: Once a grievance is submitted, no changes, additions, or deletions are permitted. Candidates must ensure all necessary fields are covered before submitting.
  6. Supporting documents mandatory: Any request for correction in details submitted in the Registration Form must be backed by requisite supporting documentary evidence. Requests without supporting documents will not be considered.
  7. Document per field: A supporting document relevant to each specific field must be uploaded; candidates may upload multiple documents where needed.
  8. Verification required: Uploading documents alone does not guarantee approval – claims will only be accepted after document verification. Candidates must ensure they upload the correct and valid documents.
  9. Only online submissions considered: Grievances received within the prescribed period through the online portal only will be scrutinized, and necessary action taken as per applicable rules.
  10. Post-verification uploads: Candidates who receive communication regarding their previously uploaded documents (after verification) can upload the necessary documents only during the grievance period, following the same process.
  11. Receipts not accepted (with one exception): Receipts for any document will not be considered valid proof, except the CVC (Caste Validity Certificate) for OBC and SEBC category candidates.
  12. Category conversion: Candidates wishing to convert from OPEN category to Reserved/Specified Reservation or Minority category, etc., can do so by raising a grievance supported by the necessary documents as per the Information Brochure.
