Maharashtra NEET UG 2026: MBBS/BDS Final Merit List Released

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has released the Final Merit List of registered candidates for MBBS/BDS Courses (Group A) under NEET-UG 2026, dated August 26, 2026. Candidates who registered for state quota medical and dental admissions can now check their names, All India NEET rank, category, and candidature status in the official list.

Overview

The merit list, published by the Government of Maharashtra’s State CET Cell, runs across 837 pages and includes details of 35,235 registered candidates. It is a critical step in the state’s centralized admission process for MBBS and BDS seats under the NEET-UG 2026 cycle.

The State CET Cell has issued the following disclaimers along with the merit list:

• This is a Provisional Merit List, based on the information candidates submitted during registration and the e-verification of uploaded documents.
• Admission will be confirmed only after verification of original certificates at the admitting college.
• Reservation benefits will apply only after successful verification of the relevant supporting documents.
• Course-wise eligibility criteria for admission to health science courses will be governed by the NEET-UG 2026 Information Brochure.

How to Check Your Name in the Merit List

1. Visit the official Maharashtra CET Cell website.
2. Navigate to the MBBS/BDS admissions section for NEET-UG 2026.
3. Open the Final Merit List (Group A) PDF.
4. Use your NEET Roll Number or CET Cell Online Form Number to locate your entry (Ctrl+F works well for searching the PDF by name or roll number).
5. Note down your All India Rank, category, and candidature type for reference during counselling.
