As this is a provisional merit list, candidates should carefully review the Remark column. Several entries flag issues such as “Invalid CVC,” “Invalid NCL,” or “Domicile Not Eligible,” which may affect a candidate’s eligibility for certain seat categories. Candidates marked with a “$” symbol have a grievance pending, while categories marked as “(converted)” indicate the candidate’s category was converted to OPEN due to a claim discrepancy.

How to Check the Maharashtra NEET UG 2026 Merit List

  1. Visit the official Maharashtra CET Cell website.
  2. Go to the NEET-UG-2026 MBBS/BDS admission section.
  3. Click on the “Revised Provisional Merit List of Registered Candidates for MBBS/BDS Courses (Group A)” link.
  4. Download the PDF and search for your name or NEET roll number using Ctrl+F.
  5. Note your merit number, category, and any remarks against your name.
  6. Save the list for reference during the counselling and choice-filling process.

Important Notes for Candidates

  • The provisional merit list is prepared based on the information provided by candidates in the registration form and e-verification of uploaded documents.
  • Candidates with a grievance pending (marked “$”) should track resolution as per CET Cell instructions.
  • NRI status is subject to approval from the Association of Recognized Agencies (ARA).
