The Office of the Commissioner, Medical Education, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, has released a revised tentative schedule for the First Round of the MP State Combined NEET UG Counselling (MBBS/BDS Course) 2026. The notice, dated August 20, 2026, has been issued by the Director of Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh.
As per the revised schedule, the First Round allotment result will be declared on August 24, 2026. Candidates allotted a seat must report in person at their respective allotted Medical or Dental college for document verification and admission between August 25 and September 3, 2026, up to 6:00 PM.

Note: It is mandatory for all candidates to exercise the option for upgradation (YES/NO) at the time of admission at the college level. The admission slip will be generated only after exercising this option. Candidates can edit their upgradation option through their candidate login till September 3, 2026 (up to 11:55 PM).

Candidates are advised to carry all original documents for verification and to complete the reporting process within the stipulated timeline to avoid forfeiture of their allotted seat.
