Bhopal, September 3, 2026: The Office of the Commissioner, Medical Education, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh has released the tentative time schedule for the Second Round of MP State Combined NEET UG Counselling (MBBS/BDS Course) 2026.

Important Notes for Candidates
- It is mandatory for all candidates to exercise their upgradation option (YES/NO) at the time of admission at college level. This option can be edited via candidate login till 18.09.2026 (up to 11:59 PM).
- Candidates who opted for upgradation in Round 2 but do not lock their fresh filled choices will remain admitted to their Round 1 college and will not be eligible for the MOP-UP round.
- Resignation/cancellation charges: Candidates resigning between 12.09.2026 and 18.09.2026 are liable to pay:
- ₹2 lakh for non-NRI candidates
- ₹10 lakh for NRI candidates
- Such candidates will not be eligible for subsequent rounds of counselling.
