NEET PG 2024: 2331 Seat Allotted For Stray Vacancy Round

The MCC has released NEET PG 2024 stray vacancy round counseling result for 2331 seats on 19 Feb. Candidates can check their result on mcc.nic.in and report between 20 Feb to 28 Feb.

NEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the results for the 2331-seat allotment under the stray vacancy round of counseling on 19 Feb. Out of the total, 2562 seats remain vacant, with Maharashtra accounting for the highest number of unfilled seats. Candidates can view the allotment results by visiting the official MCC website at mcc.nic.in.

Out of the total 2331 allotted seats under the All India Quota (AIQ), 11 are reserved under the Armed Forces quota. As per the NEET PG 2024 schedule, students can report to the allotted institutes between 20 Feb to 28 Feb. MCC also canceled three seats for NEET PG stray vacancy round counseling after receiving requests from the college.

The registration process for NEET PG Stray Vacancy Round Counselling 2024 commenced on February 5, 2025, and concluded on February 7, 2025. The choice-filling and choice-locking facility was available from February 5 to February 9, 2025.

Only those candidates are eligible for Stray Vacancy Round Counselling 2024 who did not hold a seat in the AIQ or state quota. Candidates who failed to join their allotted seats in round 3 of MCC NEET PG counseling are ineligible for this round.
