The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the schedule for Round 3 (Mop-up Round) of NEET UG 2025 counselling. Registration for this round will begin on September 29, 2025, through the official website mcc.nic.in.
This round covers admissions under the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) and 100% seats in deemed universities, central universities, ESIC/AFMC, AIIMS, JIPMER, DU, BHU, and AMU.

Eligibility for Round 3 Counselling
- Must have qualified NEET UG 2025.
- Must have completed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board.
- Must have created a profile on MCC counselling website.
- Candidates already admitted in earlier rounds must withdraw if opting for new choices.
Choice Filling
MCC has confirmed there is no limit on the number of choices candidates can fill during Round 3 counselling.

- NEET UG 2025 Admit Card and Scorecard
- Class 10 & 12 Mark Sheets and Certificates
- Valid government photo ID
- 6–8 passport-size photographs
- Caste/Disability Certificate (if applicable)
- Provisional Allotment Letter
How to Register for Round 3 Counselling on MCC Website
- Visit mcc.nic.in and select the UG Medical Counselling tab.
- Click on New Registration – NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 3.
- Log in with NEET UG 2025 roll number and password or create a new one.
- Fill the registration form and pay the counselling fee before the deadline.
- Download and print the confirmation page for future use.
