NEET UG (BDS) 2025: The Office of the Commissioner, Medical Education, Chhattisgarh, has announced a Special Stray Vacancy Round of counselling for BDS NEET UG 2025 admissions to fill a vacant dental seat in the state.
According to the official notification, one BDS seat remains vacant at Rungta Institute of Dental Sciences & Research, Bhilai after the completion of previous counselling rounds. To fill this seat, the authorities will conduct a Special Stray Vacancy Round through online counselling.
Who Is Eligible?
Only those candidates will be considered eligible for this special round:
- Who are already registered for NEET UG (BDS) counselling 2025, and
- Who have not been allotted any seat in any previous counselling round.
Fresh registrations will not be allowed for this round.
Choice Filling Schedule
The online choice filling and locking process will be conducted as per the following schedule:
Join NEET News 2026 - Start: December 29, 2025, from 11:00 AM (Server Time)
- End: December 30, 2025, till 11:59 PM (Server Time)
Candidates must ensure that they complete and lock their choices within the stipulated time, as no requests will be entertained after the deadline.

The counselling authority has advised all eligible candidates to carefully follow the timeline and complete the choice filling and locking process to avoid missing this final opportunity for admission under the NEET UG (BDS) 2025 session.
The notice has been issued with the approval of the Director of Medical Education, Chhattisgarh, and is signed by the Chairperson of the Counselling Committee.
