OJEE MBBS/BDS 2026 Round 1 Reporting Schedule: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has released the schedule and instructions for provisional admission to MBBS/BDS courses under Round 1 counselling 2026. As per the official notice (No. OJEE/0444, dated 25.08.2026), all candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 must personally report at the OJEE office at Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar, on their notified date and time with original documents for provisional admission.
OJEE 2026 Round 1 Reporting Schedule: College-Wise Dates
Candidates need to report as per the college and date assigned to them. Some of the key reporting dates announced are:
- 28 August 2026: SJ Medical College and Hospital, Puri; Government Medical College, Phulbani (Kandhamal); Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Jajpur
- 29 August 2026: Pabitra Mohan Pradhan Medical College, Talcher; MKCG Medical College and Hospital, Berhampur; Hi-Tech Dental College, Bhubaneswar
- 30 August 2026: Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Kalahandi; Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Sundargarh; DRIEMS Medical College & Hospital, Tangi, Cuttack
- 31 August 2026: SCB Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack; Hi-Tech Medical College and Hospital, Bhubaneswar; PRM Medical College and Hospital, Baripada
- 1 September 2026: FM Medical College and Hospital, Balasore; Hi-Tech Medical College and Hospital, Rourkela; all NRI quota allotted candidates (MBBS/BDS)
- 2 September 2026: VSS IMSAR, Burla; BB Medical College and Hospital, Balangir; SLN Medical College and Hospital, Koraput
- 3 September 2026: SCB Dental College, Cuttack; Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Keonjhar
All reporting will take place at the OJEE Office, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar, with time slots generally fixed between 10:30 AM–12:30 PM or 2:00 PM–3:00 PM depending on the allotted college.

Key Instructions for Candidates
- Allotted candidates must exercise the Freeze or Float option using their login ID before reporting.
- Admission fees must be paid online or via demand draft in favour of “OJEE,” payable at Bhubaneswar, with the candidate’s name, NEET application number, and date of birth mentioned on the back.
- Candidates opting for Freeze must bring the prescribed Bond in the format available on the official website.
- All original certificates, mark sheets, affidavits, and other required documents, along with one set of photocopies, must be carried at the time of reporting.
- Only the candidate or one guardian should visit the OJEE office to complete the provisional admission formalities.
- On submission of fees, Nativity Certificate, and CLC (College Leaving Certificate) in original, candidates will receive a provisional admission letter along with an acknowledgment of documents submitted.
- Candidates must not report directly to their allotted college at this stage and should wait until the entire counselling process is completed.
- Candidates who fail to report as per schedule will be treated as non-reported and their allotted seat will be cancelled, though they may participate in Round 2 by filling fresh choices.
OJEE 2026 Fee Structure for MBBS/BDS
Government Medical/Dental Colleges:
- Rs. 37,950/- per annum (additional institutional fees may apply and vary by college)
Private Medical/Dental Colleges (MBBS, per annum):
- Hi-Tech Medical College & Hospital, Bhubaneswar – Rs. 11,56,000/-
- Hi-Tech Medical College & Hospital, Rourkela – Rs. 8,54,000/-
- DRIEMS Institute of Health Sciences & Hospital, Cuttack – Rs. 9,08,000/-
- Hi-Tech Dental College, Bhubaneswar – Rs. 3,00,000/-
NRI category candidates are required to pay four times the above fee structure in private colleges. Any revision in fees as per government order will automatically become applicable.
What Happens After Reporting?
Once the entire counselling and admission process concludes, OJEE will forward the list of admitted students along with admission fees to the respective institutes, which will then complete the final admission formalities. Any refunds due to candidates (applicable mainly in cases of shifting from private to government colleges across rounds) will be processed by OJEE after the final admission dates as per government procedure.
