Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Category of Allotment Revised for 46 Candidates in Round 1

Jaipur, September 3, 2026: The Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling/Admissions Board 2026, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, has issued a notice revising the category of allotment for 46 candidates in the Round 1 Seat Allotment of Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2026.

Why the Revision Was Made

As per the official notice dated September 3, 2026, this revision has been carried out in compliance with the directions/principles laid down in the judgments/orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India dated 09.09.2025 (SLP (C) Nos. 21392-21393/2019) and dated 06.01.2026 (arising out of Special Leave Petition (C) No. 4743 of 2020).

Important Points to Note

• The revision is limited solely to the category of allotment. There is no change in the college/institution allotted to any of the above-mentioned candidates.
• The revised status is provisional and subject to verification, scrutiny, reconciliation, and correction as required, in accordance with applicable rules and orders of competent authorities/courts.
• The allotment remains subject to fulfilment of all eligibility conditions, document verification, category/reservation requirements, fee payment, reporting/joining, and other admission formalities.
• In case of any discrepancy or incorrect information affecting eligibility or category, the Board is entitled to modify, revise, withdraw, or cancel the allotment/status.
• No right or claim shall accrue solely on the basis of this revised/provisional list.
