A candidate can visit the official portal of Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Telangana, to register for NEET 2026 Telangana State Counselling.
Step 1: Registration process: Candidates seeking admission must register by filling out the application form’s personal, academic, and required details.
Step 2: Publishing merit list: The counselling authority will publish the state merit list after completing the application form.
Step 3: Document verification: Candidates were called for document verification per their state merit rank and had to report to the assigned verification centre with all the required documents.
Step 4: Choice filling and locking Process: After the successful verification session, candidates must fill in their choices of courses and colleges and then close it. They are advised to enter their preferences carefully.
Step 5: Seat allotments: Based on choices, availability of seats, state merit rank, and seat reservation, the seats will be allotted to applicants for the Telangana MBBS/BDS admission 2026.
Step 6: Reporting Process: Candidates must report to the designated colleges within the required date and timings for granting the Telangana MBBS/BDS 2026 admission.
How to Register for Telangana NEET UG 2026 Counselling?
Step 1: Visit the official website Go to tsmedadm.tsche.in (KNR University of Health Sciences TS UG Medical Admissions portal). On the home page, click Online Registration under the “On Line Application” section.
Step 2: Complete Mobile and Email Verification Fill in your NEET Roll No, NEET Rank, Date of Birth, Mobile number, and Email ID. OTPs are sent separately to your mobile and email — enter both, fill the captcha, and click Validate. This is a one-time step, so make sure your mobile/email stay active through the whole counselling process.
Step 3: Complete Candidate Registration Once verification succeeds, a Registration Form appears. Enter your NEET Roll No, All India Rank, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and Caste Category, fill the captcha, and click Validate.
Step 4: Pay the Registration and Processing Fee You’ll be taken to the payment gateway. The fee amount depends on your caste category. Select your payment mode and complete the transaction (card/net banking) on the billing details page.
Step 5: Note down your Registration Number After successful payment, you’ll see a confirmation with a Transaction Reference Number, and a Registration Number will be sent to your mobile and email. Save this number — you’ll need it for every step going forward, and the fee is non-refundable.
Step 6: Validate to enter the Application Form Return to the portal, enter your NEET UG 2026 Roll Number and Registration Number, fill the captcha, and click Validate to open your Candidate Details application form.
Step 7: Fill personal details and upload photo/signature Complete the Personal Details section — name, parents’ names, category, marks, Aadhaar, address, board details, etc. Upload a scanned passport-size photo and signature, each under 100 KB and in JPEG/JPG format. Click Save and Exit, or continue to certificate upload.
Step 8: Upload certificates, save, and print application On the Certificate Upload Form, enter Roll No, Registration No., and captcha, then validate. Upload required documents: NEET Rank Card, SSC Marks Memo, Intermediate/equivalent Marks Memo, Transfer Certificate, Caste Certificate, Aadhaar Card, and any category-specific documents (NRI, Army Dental, Minority, etc.). Click Save and Print to download your filled application for your records.
