Tripura MBBS/BDS Round 2 Counselling Schedule 2026 Released

The Tripura Medical Counselling Committee (TRMCC), under the Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Tripura, has released the schedule for Round-2 of Tripura Undergraduate Medical Counselling 2026 for admission to MBBS/BDS courses. Key Instructions for Candidates

• Fresh candidates must complete online registration, pay the prescribed Registration Fee and Security Deposit, upload required documents, and complete final submission within the stipulated schedule.
• Candidates already registered in Round-1 need not register again and can directly participate in Online Choice Filling during Round-2 for fresh allotment, upgradation, or change of institution.
• Willingness for upgradation: A candidate allotted and admitted to a seat in Round-1 who participates in Round-2 Choice Filling will automatically be considered as having given willingness for upgradation – no separate physical application is needed.
• Online Choice Filling is mandatory for all candidates, whether fresh or already registered, to participate in Round-2 allotment.
• Allotment will be based on the notified Seat Matrix, category/sub-category, choices submitted, and NEET UG 2026 score/rank.
• A candidate allotted and admitted to a Round-2 seat cannot resign from it, except as permitted under the applicable provisions of the Tripura UG Medical Counselling 2026 Information Bulletin for upgradation in subsequent rounds.
• A candidate allotted a seat in Round-2 who does not take admission may participate in the next round, subject to forfeiture of the Security Deposit and fresh payment, wherever applicable.
• Any discrepancy flagged during document verification must be resolved within the stipulated time, or it may affect the candidate’s eligibility for allotment.
• Mere registration, fee/security deposit payment, or choice filling does not confer any right to allotment or admission – this remains subject to eligibility verification and compliance with all applicable rules.

Important Note

Candidates are strongly advised not to wait until the last hours for registration, document upload, discrepancy removal, payment, or choice filling. Eligibility and seat allotment will be governed by the Tripura Undergraduate Medical Counselling 2026 Information Bulletin, NTA’s prescribed eligibility conditions, and applicable guidelines from MCC/NMC/MoHFW and other regulatory authorities.
