UP AYUSH UG Counselling 2026 Round 1 Merit List Out

The UP AYUSH UG Counselling Board 2026 has released the Round 1 merit list and the choice filling instructions for UP AYUSH NEET UG counselling 2026-27. Candidates must complete choice filling by 19 October 2026, 1:00 PM. The instructions notice is dated 13 October 2026 and was issued by the Director/Member Secretary of the board, Prof. Pramod Kumar Singh. The nodal centre is the Government National Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. Candidates can use the official portal, https://upayushcounseling.upsdc.gov.in.

The choice filling window must be completed within the fixed date and time. The notice does not give the start date of choice filling.

UP AYUSH UG Round 1 merit list 2026

The merit list is titled “Registered Candidate List, UP AYUSH UG Counselling 2026-27 (Round 1)” and is dated 13 October 2026. It runs to 1,055 pages and lists 13,226 registered candidates in NEET rank order. The NEET marks in the list range from 559 at the top to 177 at the bottom.

For each candidate, the list shows:

• Roll number, name and father’s name
• UP category and sub-category
• NEET marks and NEET rank
• Domicile status (U.P. or Other than U.P.)
• Security fee (deposit) status
• All India Quota (Yes/No)
• Online document verification status by AYUSH (Verified or Provisionally Verified)

The list states that all documents will be re-verified physically at the nodal centre.

Who can choose which colleges?

The choice options shown depend on the security deposit paid:

• ₹20,000 deposit, eligible as a State candidate: only Government sector AYUSH colleges are shown.
• ₹50,000 deposit, eligible as a State candidate: both Government and Private sector AYUSH colleges are shown.
• Eligible candidates from other states who paid ₹50,000: only Private sector AYUSH colleges are shown.

How to fill choices: step by step

Before choice filling

1. Go to https://upayushcounseling.upsdc.gov.in.
2. Click Step-5 on the home page and log in with the password created at registration.
3. Fill choices only before 19 October 2026, 1:00 PM.

During choice filling

1. Select one or more courses (branches) and colleges. For example, choosing BAMS shows the available Ayurveda colleges, and the candidate picks colleges in order of preference.
2. Click Save & Continue to fill choices for other courses such as BUMS or BHMS in the same way.
3. After filling, click Choice Lock to review the choices. The portal shows Agree and Later options.
4. If you are fully satisfied, click Agree. The portal then asks for the password.
5. The system sends an OTP to the registered mobile number. Enter it along with the password.
6. Submitting the OTP locks the choices, and the lock cannot be reversed.

Choice order and priority

• The first college chosen gets the top priority, followed by the others in the order selected. If a candidate picks X-College, then Y-College, then Z-College, they rank first, second and third.
• Before submitting, candidates can reorder choices with the up and down arrows next to each option.
• Candidates can rank more than one course according to their own preference.

Important instructions for candidates

• Choice lock is mandatory. A candidate who does not lock choices is treated as not wishing to continue in counselling, and no college will be allotted.
• Choices can be locked only with the password and the OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
• Candidates should not share confidential details with anyone, including roll number, registration number, password, date of birth, registered mobile number, email and OTP.
• The board stresses that these steps are meant to keep counselling fair and in the interest of students.

Quick checklist for candidates

1. Check your name and details in the Round 1 merit list.
2. Confirm the security deposit you paid (₹20,000 or ₹50,000) so you know which colleges you can choose.
3. Log in through Step-5 on the official portal.
4. Fill choices in priority order and check them using Choice Lock.
5. Click Agree, enter the password and OTP, and lock choices before 19 October, 1:00 PM.
