What the Notice Says

According to the official notice, all candidates who participated in the online counselling process for UGMAC-2024 and UGMAC-2025 and either did not take admission after seat allotment, or were not allotted a seat at all, are entitled to a refund of their Security Deposit as per the information bulletin. While the Board has already refunded the Security Deposit amount to most candidates online, directly into the same account and transaction mode used for payment, a certain number of candidates have not yet received their refund due to specific reasons.

The Board has published two separate lists along with this advertisement on its official website:

  • UGMAC-2024 Annexure-A – List of candidates who have not yet shared their bank account details for security money refund
  • UGMAC-2025 Annexure-B – List of candidates who have not yet shared their bank account details for security money refund

Candidates Who Have Not Yet Shared Their Bank Account Details

Why the Refund Is Pending

BCECEB has clarified that candidates named in these lists have been repeatedly informed via the Board’s Helpdesk email ID (helpdesk.bceceboard@bihar.gov.in) to share their bank account details for the refund process. However, despite reminders, these candidates have still not submitted their account details, which is why their Security Money refund remains pending.

What Affected Candidates Need to Do

As a final opportunity, BCECEB has asked all candidates listed in Annexure-A and Annexure-B to send the following documents to the Board’s Helpdesk email ID from the email address registered in their application form:

  • Bank account details of the candidate, or their father or mother
  • Scanned copy of Passbook / Cancelled Cheque
  • Hard copy (confirmation page) of the Online Application Form showing transaction details

Important Deadline

Candidates must send the above details to helpdesk.bceceboard@bihar.gov.in by 22nd September 2026 to ensure their Security Money is refunded. The Board has made it clear that this submission is mandatory, and requests sent from any email ID other than the one registered during application will not be accepted.
