Haryana MBBS/BDS Round 3 Document Verification Schedule 2026 Out

Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHS), Rohtak, has released the Haryana MBBS BDS Round 3 document verification schedule for the 2026-27 session. The public notice (No. UHSR/Acad./A-III/2026/9433) is dated October 12, 2026.

Candidates who were provisionally allotted a seat in Round 3 and paid the applicable provisional tuition fee must appear in person for physical document verification.

Haryana MBBS BDS Round 3 Document Verification Dates and Timings

Verification will be held on October 15 and 16, 2026. The reporting time depends on the allotted category:

Candidates should note that no reporting will be accepted after 2:00 PM.

Provisional Tuition Fee Deadline

Candidates must deposit the applicable provisional tuition fee online, through the admission web portal only. The window is open from October 12 to October 14, 2026, up to 8:00 PM.

Who Needs to Appear for Verification?

The following Round 3 candidates must appear before the admission committee:

• Candidates “Allotted” a seat in Round 3 who have paid the provisional tuition fee.
• Candidates “Upgraded” to a new seat in Round 3 who have paid the provisional tuition fee, if applicable.

Candidates with no change in college, course or category in Round 3 do not need to appear.

Candidates must appear in person with their original documents. Candidates who do not will not have their candidature considered.

Last Date to Report at the Allotted Institute

The last date for reporting at the allotted institute is October 17, 2026, up to 4:00 PM.

Document verification will be held at Sushruta Auditorium, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.

Documents and Certificates to Carry

The notice refers candidates to the earlier public notices for the full document list. These are UHSR/Acad./2026/A-III/7949 dated August 28, 2026 and UHSR/Acad./2026/A-III/8200 dated September 9, 2026. It also gives these category-specific instructions:

• BCA / BCB candidates: Bring a non-creamy layer certificate as per the Government of Haryana notification dated July 16, 2024, issued on or after April 1, 2026.
• OSC / SC-D / ESM / FF / EWS / PwBD candidates: Bring the latest caste or category certificate as per the Government of Haryana notification dated August 27, 2026, and public notices issued from time to time.
