- Candidates allotted a seat can join or opt for Round 2

MCC NEET UG Counselling: Round 2
Who Can Participate?
- Registered candidates who:
- Didn’t get a seat in Round 1
- Got a seat but want to upgrade
- Did not report/join earlier seat (with free exit)

Key Features:
- Fresh choices can be filled
- Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 must give consent for upgradation
- No Free Exit: security deposit forfeited if not joined
Upgrade Option: If allotted a better seat, the Round 1 seat is automatically cancelled.
MCC NEET UG Counselling: Round 3 (Earlier Mop-Up Round)
Who Can Participate?
- Fresh registrants (if allowed)
- Candidates who:
- Didn’t get a seat in previous rounds
- Exited or didn’t join earlier rounds
- Didn’t participate earlier

Key Features:
- New registration is often allowed
- Allotments are final: no upgradation
- No free exit allowed (security deposit is at risk)
