Mizoram NEET UG 2026: Order Issued for Filling Vacant Seats

The Directorate of Higher & Technical Education (DHTE), Government of Mizoram, has issued an Office Order regarding the filling up of vacant seats under NEET (UG) courses. As per the order (No. A.44015/1/2026-JDT(HTE)/, dated 07 September 2026, Aizawl), all vacant seats across various NEET (UG) courses will be filled up strictly on the basis of the merit list of candidates who have submitted the prescribed “Seat Hauhna Form” within the stipulated period.

Important Points for Candidates

1. Merit-based allotment: The merit list for filling vacant seats will be prepared based on applicable rules and criteria.
2. Order of merit: Allotment of vacant seats will be made strictly according to the order of merit, subject to fulfillment of eligibility conditions and availability of seats.
3. Mandatory Form Submission: Candidates who have not submitted the “Seat Hauhna Form” will not be considered for filling up vacant seats under this process.
4. Immediate Effect: This order comes into force with immediate effect.
