The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially declared the NEET MDS 2025 results for candidates who appeared in the Master of Dental Surgery entrance examination. The Board announced the results on May 15, ahead of the anticipated timeline.
Candidates can now log in to the official NBEMS website (https://natboard.edu.in) using their roll number and application ID to view their scores and All India Ranks.
This year, 30,435 candidates registered for the NEET MDS 2025 examination, which NBEMS conducted on April 19. The result includes each candidate’s score out of a total of 960 and their corresponding rank. Along with the results, NBEMS has also released the official scorecards and the category-wise cut-off marks.

Cut-Off Marks Announced for All Categories
NBEMS has published the NEET MDS 2025 category-wise cut-off scores along with the result. The qualifying percentile and corresponding minimum scores are as follows:
- General and EWS: 50th percentile (Minimum score: 261/960)
- General PwBD: 45th percentile (Minimum score: 244/960)
- OBC, SC, ST (including PwBD in these categories): 40th percentile (Minimum score: 227/960)
Candidates who meet or exceed the qualifying cut-off scores are deemed eligible to participate in the NEET MDS counselling process.
How to Check NEET MDS 2025 Result
Candidates should follow the steps below to download their result and scorecard:

Step 2: Click on the “NEET MDS 2025 Result” link available on the homepage
Step 3: Log in using your roll number and application ID
Step 4: View your result and All India Rank on the screen
Step 5: Download and save the PDF of your scorecard for future reference

Merit List and Counselling
NBEMS has published the NEET MDS 2025 merit list along with the results. The merit list contains roll numbers, total scores out of 960, and ranks of all qualified candidates. Authorities will use this merit list as the basis for seat allotment during counselling.
Next Steps for Qualified Candidates
Qualified candidates must now register for the NEET MDS counselling rounds, which will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). NBEMS is expected to release the official counselling schedule soon.
The Dental Council of India has already confirmed that the cut-off date for internship completion is June 30, 2025. Candidates must fulfill this requirement to remain eligible for seat allotment.
Previous Year Cut-Off Trends
In previous years, NEET MDS cut-offs have seen significant variation:
- In 2024, the revised cut-off for the General/EWS category dropped to the 28.308 percentile (score: 263)
- In 2023, the initial cut-off for the same category was 272, later revised to 168
- In 2022, the cut-off stood at 263 for General/EWS
Revised cut-offs for SC, ST, and OBC candidates in prior years ranged from 230 to as low as 125, depending on the year’s evaluation trends.
