Step 1: Candidates can fill their choices online from 9th September 2026 (9:00 AM) to 9th September 2026 (midnight).

Step 2: The submitted online forms will be scrutinized by the Counselling Committee, chaired by the Chairperson from the Government of Sikkim, on 11th September 2026.

Step 3: The seat allotment result will be published online on 11th September 2026.

Step 4: Candidates allotted a seat must pay the admission fee between 12th September 2026 and 14th September 2026.

Step 5: Allotted candidates must physically report at the institute by 18th September 2026.

Important Points for Candidates

The official notice carries two key clarifications that candidates must keep in mind:

• Withdrawal of vacant-category seats: Seat allotment in categories with no vacant seat is subject to withdrawal for candidates already allotted a seat in Round 1.
