AACCC Advisory Against Fraudulent Registrations 2026

The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC), functioning under the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH), Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, has issued a Notice/Advisory Against Fraudulent Registrations on the AACCC Portal. What the Advisory States

According to the official notice, it has come to the attention of AACCC that certain individuals are attempting to register on the AACCC UG and PG Counseling portals using fabricated NEET scorecards. The advisory specifically flags two types of fraudulent attempts:

  • Candidates who have not qualified NEET attempting to register using fake documents
  • NEET-qualified candidates who are otherwise ineligible trying to manipulate their scorecard to gain unauthorized access to the Counseling process

AACCC’s Stand on Fraudulent Activity

The Committee has made it clear that such actions constitute a serious violation of the law and undermine the integrity of the admission process. AACCC has stated that it strictly prohibits any form of malpractice, including:

  • Document forgery
  • Misrepresentation of eligibility
  • Tampering with official records

Consequences for Fraudulent Candidates

The notice carries a strong warning: if any candidate is found to be involved in such fraudulent activities, strict legal action will be initiated against them under applicable laws. This may include:

  • Cancellation of candidature
  • Blacklisting from future Counseling rounds
  • Prosecution under relevant penal provisions

Advisory for All Candidates

AACCC has advised all candidates to strictly adhere to the official eligibility criteria and submit only authentic documents during registration. The Committee has also clarified that it reserves the right to verify credentials at any stage of the Counseling process.
