The Department of Medical Education and Research, Haryana, has started the second round of NEET UG 2025 counselling for MBBS and BDS courses. This round is open for admissions in Government, Government-aided, and private medical and dental institutes across the state, including SGT University (Gurugram), Maharishi Markandeshwar University (Ambala), and Al-Falah University (Faridabad).
The fresh registration for Round 2 has begun on the official counselling website uhsrugcounselling.com and will continue till September 14, 2025 (11:59 PM). Candidates eligible for this round include those who did not get any seat in Round 1, those who were allotted but did not join, and those who joined but now wish to upgrade their seat.
Along with registration, candidates can also edit the details, pay the security deposit, and lock their choices online during the same period. The provisional allocation list will be released after choice submission, followed by a grievance window on September 16, 2025. The final allocation list will then be uploaded, and selected candidates will have to pay the provisional tuition fee online between September 16 and 20, 2025 (till 5:00 PM).

Document verification for provisionally allotted candidates will be conducted from September 21 to 23, 2025 at the designated centers. After successful verification, candidates can download their provisional admission letters between September 21 and 24, 2025. The last date to join the allotted institute is September 24, 2025 (5:00 PM).
