What the Allotment List Shows

For each candidate, the list gives the serial number, merit number, application number, name, allotted institute, applied quota and category, and allotted quota and category. The list shared with us covers merit numbers from 1 to 619 and includes allotments under both the HP Quota and the Management Quota.

Seats have been allotted in the following colleges, among others:

  • Rajiv Gandhi Government Post Graduate Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Paprola, Kangra
  • Shiva Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Chandpur, Bilaspur
  • Awasthi Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Nalagarh, Solan
  • Abhilashi Ayurvedic College Research Institute, Chail Chowk, Mandi
  • Solan Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Solan

Some candidates’ allotted category differs from the category they applied under. For example, a few candidates who applied under SC, ST, OBC or EWS have been allotted a seat in the General category, so candidates should read the “Allotted Category” column carefully.

Important Conditions in the Notice

  • The allotment is provisional. It is only indicative and subject to change. Candidates cannot claim any right over the seat on its basis, and it cannot be challenged before a court of law.
  • Documents must be valid. Candidates claiming a reserved category or quota must ensure all certificates are valid, updated and in the format given in the Prospectus. Candidates with a discrepancy, an outdated or invalid certificate, or a missing document will not be entitled to the benefit of that category or quota.
  • No right to admission. A provisional allotment does not confer a right to admission. Final eligibility and category claims are subject to verification and approval by the Admission Committee of the college.
  • Wait for the final allotment. Candidates should approach the allotted college only after the final seat allotment is declared and after downloading the provisional allotment letter from their candidate login.
  • AMRU allotment is compulsory. Admission will not be considered without a seat allocation by AMRU.

What Candidates Should Do

  1. Open the list on amruhp.ac.in and look up your merit number or application number.
  2. Check the institute, quota and category allotted to you.
  3. Email any error to counselling.amruhp@gmail.com before 11:00 AM on October 16.
  4. Make sure your category and quota certificates are valid and in the prescribed format.
  5. Wait for the final seat allotment before approaching any college.
