As in the brochure of KIMS,Koppal there is mention about an eligibility certificate which is to be collected from RGUHS, Bangalore. I wanted to ask that the eligibility certificate so mentioned is to be collected necessarily by the candidate personally on reporting at the college or it can be collected after the admission in the college
