I am a psychiatrist and following 25,000 psychiatric patients for the past 40 yrs and most of them were heavy smokers but very few developed cancer(3 lung cancer,1 gastric cancer,1 pancreatic cancer and 6 prostate cancer).I did not see any premature mortality among my patients..I come to believe that anti-psychotics have anti-cancer effect. My advise is to oncologists is to start small dose of anti-psychotics to all terminally ill cancer patients.
