The Re-NEET UG 2026 toppers list is expected to be released alongside the result, with the National Testing Agency (NTA) preparing to publish the Top 100 All India Rank (AIR) holders’ names, marks and percentile scores. Around 20 lakh candidates appeared for the exam this year, and the Re-NEET UG 2026 exam itself was conducted on June 21, 2026, after issues with the original NEET UG 2026 paper led to a re-test for affected candidates.

Once declared, the toppers list PDF will carry candidate names, roll numbers, All India Ranks, marks, percentile, category and state-wise breakdowns. This data will be crucial for candidates gauging their admission chances in MBBS, BDS and AYUSH counselling for 2026.

Expected Result and Toppers List Date

The Re-NEET UG 2026 result, along with the toppers list, is expected to be declared by July 15–20, 2026 on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. NTA has not yet confirmed the exact date, but candidates are advised to keep checking the official portal for updates.

Expected AIR 1 Marks for Re-NEET UG 2026

Based on coaching institute estimates built on the official answer key, this year’s expected topper marks are as follows:

  • Several coaching institutes have projected the Re-NEET UG 2026 topper score at around 715 out of 720, though this is an unofficial estimate pending NTA’s confirmation.
  • Experts and analysts tracking previous years’ trends suggest the Top 10 AIR range could fall between 684 and 720 marks, the Top 50 between 670 and 685 marks, and the Top 100 cutoff around 655 to 670 marks.
  • For reference, in NEET UG 2025, Mahesh Kumar from Rajasthan secured AIR 1 with 686 marks – the first year since 2021 without a perfect 720/720 score – while Avika Aggarwal from Faridabad, Haryana was the top-ranked female candidate at AIR 5.

Candidates should treat these figures as indicative only; the confirmed AIR 1, 2, and 3 names, marks and percentile will be updated on this page once NTA releases the official list.

Understanding NEET Percentile

Percentile is not the same as percentage. It reflects a candidate’s relative standing compared to all test-takers and is calculated using the formula:

NEET Percentile = (100 × Number of candidates scoring equal to or less than the candidate) ÷ Total number of candidates who appeared

What Happens After the Toppers List Is Released

Once the Re-NEET UG 2026 result and toppers list are out, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will begin All India Quota (AIQ) counselling for 15% of government medical college seats, followed by state-level counselling for the remaining 85% seats. Candidates should ensure their documents are ready in advance to avoid delays during registration and choice-filling.
