The Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Meghalaya, is the body responsible for publishing the Meghalaya AYUSH NEET cutoff once all counselling rounds are complete. The cutoff is the last rank (and the corresponding score) at which a candidate was still offered a seat in BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BNYS, or BSMS for that year.
The 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats are allotted through the AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC), under the Ministry of AYUSH.
The 85% state quota seats, along with private BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BNYS, and BSMS seats, are allotted by the state counselling authority above.
