Jharkhand Ayush NEET Counselling: JCECE Board (Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board) is an authority that conducts the Jharkhand Ayush NEET Counselling Procedure. Admission to Ayush Courses like BAMS/BHMS/BUMS is based on NEET, and only those NEET students can apply or participate in Jharkhand Ayush NEET Counselling who qualify for the NEET exam.

Eligibility Criteria

Jharkhand Ayush NEET Online Application Forms are invited for preparing the State Merit List for conducting the Counselling for admission in different courses, i.e. Ayush Colleges/Institutes of Jharkhand State, from candidates who have qualified NEET (UG) & fulfilling the following eligibility criteria:-

Academic QualificationMust have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination
Should have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects
Minimum aggregate marks of 50% in PCB (40% for reserved categories)
NEET-UG ScoreMust have a valid NEET-UG score for the current academic year, and Should have possess the maximum qualifying percentile as per the category norms.

Reservation Criteria

ParticularsDescription
Residential CriteriaThe Candidate must be a citizen of India and a Local/Permanent resident of Jharkhand. The “Local Resident of Jharkhand” has been defined & identified in 7/Aa. Niti (Sarvdaliaye Baithak) 27/2002 (Khand)ka.-3198/, dated 18.04.2016 of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasa Department, Govt. of Jharkhand.
A candidate must upload a Local Resident Certificate in the proper format, issued by the competent authority [Circle Officer or Sub Divisional Officer – (Civil) or Dy. Commissioner of Jharkhand State]. The Notification copy is available under the Downloads column on the Board’s website.
The Residential Certificate issued by any authority other than the prescribed format will not be entertained, and their claim will be rejected.
The Local Resident certificate format is available under Act & Circulars column on Board’s website.
Reservation on a Caste BasisThe current reservation policy of Govt. of Jharkhand will be followed for admission to Institutes. Candidates claiming reservation must upload a caste certificate in the proper format, issued by the competent authority [Circle Officer or Sub Divisional Officer — (Civil) or Dy. Commissioner of Jharkhand State]. 
The caste certificate issued by any other authority and in other than the prescribed format will not be entertained for claiming reservation, and their claim for reservation will be rejected. Letter no. 14/Ja.Ni.-03-13/2015/Ka.-1754 dated 25.02.2019 of Deptt. Of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha, Govt. of Jharkhand, Candidates belonging to BC – I & BC – II will have to upload the caste certificate.
Caste certificates produced by BC -I & BC – II Candidates will be valid only if they do not belong to the creamy layer & it should be mentioned in the caste certificate.
The Notification copy & caste certificate format is available under Act & Circulars column on the Board’s website.
Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS)The forgiving benefit of reservation to Divyang candidate, the provisions contained in clause- 8 of Resolution No.-2249 dated 03.04.2018 issued by Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasa Department, Ranchi will be followed.
Candidates claiming reservation must upload Disability Certificate in the proper format, issued by the competent authority [Chairman of the Medical Board & Countersigned by Medical Superintendent/Chief Medical Officer/ Head of the Hospital of Jharkhand State].
The concerned Memorandum and Certificate format are uploaded on the Board’s Website.
Reservation for Person with DisabilitiesThe forgiving benefit of reservation to Divyang candidate, the provisions contained in clause- 8 of Resolution No.-2249 dated 03.04.2018 issued by Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasa Department, Ranchi will be followed.

Reservation for Primitive Tribal Groups CandidatesCandidates from primitive tribal groups can avail of reservation benefits per the Memorandum (Letter No. 5555 Dated 28.06.2016) of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasa Department, Ranchi. The concerned Memorandum is uploaded on the Board’s Website.
While filling up the online application form, the eligible candidates from the reserved Category/Quota should claim the benefits of reservation only when they already possess the concerned certificate issued in the proper format by the competent authority.

Registration Fee & Counselling Fee

The candidate will have to pay the Registration/Application Fee through Payment. Gateway by Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI as given below:-

Jharkhand Ayush NEET 2025 Counselling

Following is the procedure that shows how Jharkhand Ayush Counselling takes place in an organized manner:-

Note: Those who failed to get admission in 1st round of counselling can go for 2nd round of counselling as per the stated norms.

AIQ Counselling Process

Candidates applying for Ayush Colleges in Jharkhand must register for the NEET Ayush counselling. Counselling of NEET for All India Quota will be conducted in two rounds online. The counselling will consist of these steps.

  • Candidate Registration: Register on the official website.
  • Choice Filling and Locking (Round 1): You have to choose the courses and colleges of your preference and lock in the preferences in the online portal.
  • Seat Allotment Result (Round 1): The seat allotment will be published online based on available vacant seats and candidates’ choices.
  • Reporting to college: Those who will be allotted a seat in the first round must either reject the allotted seat or report to the allotted college and complete the admission formalities.
  • New Registration (Round 2): For candidates who couldn’t register in the first round of counselling.
  • Fresh Choice Filling and Locking (Round 2): Similar to Round 1 mentioned above.
  • Seat Allotment Result (Round 2): Similar to Round 1 mentioned above.
  • Reporting to college (Round 2): Here it is to be noted that those who will be allotted a seat in the second round of counselling (15% AIQ Quota) Will not be permitted to vacate their seats as per the order made by the supreme court of India.

Documents Required

Candidates who will be allotted a seat at Jharkhand Ayush NEET Counselling will be asked to report the following documents to complete the admission formalities.

  • NEET UG Admit Card.
  • NEET UG Result/Scorecard.
  • Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)
  • Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
  • ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
  • Eight passport-size photographs
  • Provisional Allotment Letter
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • PWD Certificate (if applicable)
  • Passport Size Photograph
  • Fee Receipt
