Bihar Ayush NEET-UG 2020 Counselling Process

  • Step-1 Registration: Register to the official website (https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in/UGMACexIndex.php), fill the registration create an account with required details.
  • Step-2 Personal Information: After successful registration and activating the account, the applicants should again “Sign in” to his account and after that complete the required entries regarding personal information on the computer screen. Then click on “Save & Continue” button.
  • Step-3 Upload Photo and Signature): After entering the personal information the candidate should upload your passport size photograph of high contrast, and full signature in Hindi and English (Not in capital letter) after duly scanning the same. After uploading a photo and signature click on “Save & Continue” button.
  • Step-4 Educational Information: After uploading the scanned photo and signature, the candidate should enter educational information on the computer screen and click on “Save & Continue” button.
  • Step 5 Six (Payment of Counselling Fee): Candidate should click “Proceed to Payment” button and complete the payment procedure according to instructions appeared on the computer screen regarding payment of Counselling Fee. Paid Counselling Fee will not be refunded. There are following modes for payment of Counselling Fee.
  1. a. Online Payment: If the candidate wants to pay Counselling Fee through Online mode, e.g. Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking, The candidate has to pay processing charge additional to Counselling Fee for payment online mode.
  2. b. Counselling Fee: Counselling fee to be paid through above modes is Rs. 1200/- (One Thousand Two Hundred) only for Unreserved/ BC / EBC candidates and Rs. 600/- (Six Hundred) only for SC / ST / DQ candidates.
  • Step 6 (Download part- A & Part-B): After payment of Counselling Fee up to scheduled date and time, the candidate must download Hard Copy of online submitted Application Form and keep the same safely in his possession.

  • The candidates are required to fill up the reservation category very carefully taking into consideration the reservation policy/rules/category as specified and applicable in the State of Bihar on or before the date of
  • starting the process of online submission of the prescribed application form for NEET (UG)-2020.
  • A hard copy of PART-A & PART-B need not be sent to the Board’s office, but instead, this is to be made available at the time of counselling.
  • The candidate must note that neither it can be withdrawn nor any request for refunding paid counselling fees will be entertained after submitting the online application form.
  • Board will not be responsible for any interruption on the Internet / Postal / Banking system. Therefore the candidates must not wait for the last dates and complete all procedure before the due date.
  • Final Merit List will be prepared after scrutinising the data of NEET(UG)-2020 provided by Health Deptt., Govt. of
  • Bihar.
  • No other chance will be given to any candidate for submitting online application after the due date for online submission of application.

Documents Required

All the certificates included in the list given below, if applicable, must be submitted in original by every candidate at the time of his / her counselling/allotment on the scheduled date;

  • Original Admit Card of NEET(UG)-2020
  • Original Score Card of NEET(UG)-2020
  • Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Matric / equivalent exam.
  • Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Intermediate/ 10+2 / equivalent exam.
  • Residential Certificate.
  • Caste Certificate.
  • All the Certificate/documents in original as per the admissions requirements in Private Medical / Dental Colleges.
  • Six copies of the passport size photographs were pasted on the Admit Card of NEET(UG)-2020.
  • Downloaded print of Online filled Application Form (Part A & Part B) of UGMAC-2020.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Any other documents required (if any) such as DQ (PH) / SMQ / EWS Certificate etc.

Candidate applying for BAMS/BHMS/BNYS Colleges in Bihar must register themselves for the Ayush NEET counselling 2020. Counselling of NEET 2020 for All India Quota will be conducted in two rounds in online mode. The counselling will consist of these steps.

Eligibility Criteria
