Eligibility Criteria

Selection Procedure for NRI Seat
- The NEET UG rank or score will be used to create a merit list for selecting candidates for NRI quota seats. The Centralized Counselling Committee will use this list to allocate NRI quota seats.
- Any vacant NRI quota seats remaining after accepting all qualified NRI candidates who meet the NEET UG requirements will be filled through the NRI-sponsored category.
- If there are still vacant NRI quota seats in private medical colleges after the second round of common/centralized counselling, these seats will be filled at the institutional level. Eligible NRI candidates will be given preference for these positions. However, for open or unfilled NRI quota seats at Government Medical Colleges, the process outlined in the Prospectus will be followed.
