NEET Seat Allotment Process 2023
There will be three rounds in the NEET 2023 Seat Allotment process: Round 1, 2, and the Mop-Up round. When seats are vacant after the first two rounds of counselling, the mop-up round will be conducted. The NEET UG exam results will assign the candidates’ seats, the number of seats available, filled preferences, etc. Candidates have the choice to accept or reject the seat that has been assigned to them after the committee has distributed the seats.
How to Download NEET 2023 Seat Allotment Result?
Below given in the full detailed process conducted in NEET Seat Allotment 2023:
- If the candidate accepts the seat allocated, he or she must use their roll number, date of birth, and security PIN to visit the official NEET website and download the NEET Allotment Letter 2023.
- To complete the admission process, candidates must visit the assigned centres with their NEET Allotment Letter, certificates, and other required documents.
- All candidates are instructed to report to their assigned centre as soon as possible because the admission process is only open for two or three days after the NEET Seat Allotment process is done.
- The students will be required to submit to a medical exam to demonstrate their eligibility for admission.
- After the application process has been completed, the allotted college will send the candidate’s details to DGHS, and DGHS will use that information to send the candidate’s admission letter.
- If a student rejects the seat provided in the first round of NEET Seat Allocation 2023, he/ she has two options: stay seated for the subsequent round of allotment or leave.
