    • Hi Dhruv, yeah you can of course apply to the college through the 15 percent all india quota. But do keep in mind that Candidates from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and J&K are not eligible for 15% All India quota seats as these three states had opted out of All India scheme since its inception.
