Haryana NEET PG Mop-Up Merit List (Out)

Eligibility Criteria

Call Now:

  • Candidate Must be a citizen of India.
  • Candidate Who have completed MBBS From an Institution Located in the state and is a bonafide resident of Haryana. or
  • A Candidate Who has completed MBBS from any institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and his/her parents hold a resident certificate of it is mandatory to complete a compulsory Rotatory Residential internship on or before March 31, 2021.
  • Candidate should be registered with the state Medical Council/Medical Council Of India.

Haryana NEET PG Counselling

A candidate can visit the official website dmer.haryana.gov.in/ to register for NEET PG 2021 Haryana State Counselling. Let us first have a look at the procedure which is given below systematically:

Counselling Procedure

The entire counselling process can be best explained by the following steps mentioned below.

Step-1:- Counselling Registration through Online

Admission Seekers can apply online mode by visiting the website- dmer.haryana.gov.in/

Step-2:- Online Security Money Payment

  1. Candidates who are willing to attend the counselling process to grab their PG Medical seat in desired Medical College they must pay the required Security money fees discussed on the official website.
  2. After paying of security money and after state merit list has been declared, online seat choice filling option will be available as per the schedule notified earlier.
  3. Applicant would be able to take a print out of his/her online payment receipt

Step-3:- Merit Declaration

  1. For Inter-se rank in State merit list reference shall be NEET-PG 2021
  2. Final merit list will be prepared as per the provisions (Displayed on website).

Step-4:- Online Choice filling

Visit website- dmer.haryana.gov.in/

  1. Click on the choice filling.
  2. Choice Filling Procedure:
    – Login for choice filing by using your NEET roll number and password created at the time of registration.
    – Choice filing can be done on several sessions but remember to save and continue otherwise you’ll lose your work.
    – The choice filling will not be complete until you finally submit and lock. No changes will be possible after locking the choice.
  3. After the last date of choice, the filling is over, seat allotment list will be declared online mode.

Step-5:- Seat allotment

1. log in to the website. Your seat allotment status will be displayed.

2. If you accept the allotment letter:-

  • But do not join or resign after joining even then you’re eligible for second counselling but will forfeit your security deposit.
  • Join the college you’ll remain eligible for second counselling to upgrade your seat without losing your seat. If your seat is upgraded then previous allotment will be automatically
  • The seat allotment will be done by the online process on merit cum option basis.

3. Physically disabled category candidates are essentially required to be physically present before a medical board constituted by dates will be available on dmer.haryana.gov.in/.

4. Candidates eligible for the reserved category will be given admission as per rules of the state government, applicable on the date of counselling.

5. OBC candidates covered by the provisions of the creamy layer will not be entitled to the benefits of the OBC category.

6. Candidates who fail to produce required original documents at the time of admission or, if any, concealment or falsification of facts comes into the light at the time of admission and after that during the study will not be entitled to any benefit of having appeared in the entrance examination and any benefit of acquiring a seat Legal action would be taken against such candidates.

7. Candidates will be checked for their identity at the time of admission. If it does not match, it will be counted as unfair, and their candidature will be cancelled. Additional legal action would be taken against such candidates.

8. If a candidate does not participate in online counselling or does not join the allotted seat by the due date, they shall forfeit any right of admission based on said counselling/allotment.

9. The option once exercised by the candidate in the online counselling cannot be altered under any circumstances.

10. No request for re-allotment of seats already allotted in the first and second rounds will be entertained.

Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2021 Round 2 Important Instruction (Out)

  • The candidates who have already registered themselves for the first round and wish to participate in the second round, shall not be required to register again. The candidates who have got their document verification done during the first round of counselling are not required to get documents verified again.
  • The candidates who have been allotted seats in the first round of counselling shall have to give their willingness/option to upgrade themselves in the second round of counselling online otherwise they shall not be considered eligible for the second round of counselling.
  • The Candidates who have joined on the allotted seat in the first round shall have a right to already allotted seat and this shall be changed only if he/she gets updated and opted seat during the second round. However, the candidates who wish to participate in the 2nd round of online counselling will have to submit their preferences/choices afresh. Candidates, who have been allotted, seats in the first round should give fresh choices in order of preferences for the seats in which they wish to upgrade themselves.
  • All candidates {already registered (irrespective of their admission status) and freshly registered candidates} who wish to participate in the second round of counselling and want to opt for State Quota Seats in only Government/Government aided Medical Colleges or Post MBBS DNB/Post MBBS Diploma/Post Diploma DNB seats in Civil Hospitals shall be required to deposit online an amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rs.12,500/- for SC/BC/EWS/PWD of Haryana state) and if the candidate wishes to also opt for State Quota Seats/Management Quota Seats in Private Medical Colleges including Private Universities then he/she shall have to deposit online an amount of Rs.2.00 Lakh. This facility shall be available in the login ID of the candidates.

In case of failure of any registered candidate (whether freshly registered or the candidates who were allotted seats in the 1st round and want to upgrade their seat in the 2nd round) to deposit the requisite security amount, they will NOT be considered eligible to participate in the 2nd round of counselling.

  • In case the candidates join on the allotted seat, this amount shall be adjusted in the fee of the first year of the PG Course.
  • If the candidates are allotted any seat as per their preference, but they do not join on the allotted seat, the security amount shall be forfeited. However, these candidates will be eligible to participate in the mop-up round.
  • The Security amount of the candidates who are not allotted seats during the 2nd round shall be returned after the completion of the counselling process.
  • The candidates who join the allotted seats in the 2nd round of counselling, will not be eligible to participate in further rounds of counselling.

The candidates who join the seat allotted to them during the All India Quota/Any State upto the 2nd Round of Counseling shall not be eligible to participate in the second round. The candidates will have to give an undertaking regarding the same. The same shall be available in the candidates’ login ID, failing which the candidates’ candidature will not be considered.


The choices filled by the candidates for the first round of counselling shall be treated as null and void, and the candidates will have to fill in new options to be eligible for participating in the second round of counselling. The above instructions should be read along with the Admission Notification dated 03/09/2021.

Below mentioned documents are mandatory for candidates applying in the Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2021. The candidates are requested to collect all the documents before applying for the counselling process.

  • MBBS Certificate.
  • Mark sheet and degree of MBBS examinations
  • Medical Registration Certificate.
  • Internship Completion Certificate.
  • Photo identity proof in the form of Certificate with an attested photo from Head of Institution last studied/Copy of Passport/Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving License (Self-attested photocopy after verifying with the original documents).
  • Copy of: Birth Certificate for proof of age (if the date of birth not given in the HSC mark sheet/ certificate).
  • NEET Score Card.
  • Copy of Online Counselling Registration Certificate.
  • Sponsorship Certificate from State Govt. If applicable.
  • Passport size Photographs 8 copies.
