Eligibility Highlights
- Fresh candidates who did not register earlier can apply.
- Candidates who resigned or did not join their Round 2 seat must re-register and pay the security amount again.
- Candidates already registered but not allotted any seat in Rounds 1 and 2 need not register again but must submit willingness.
- Once admitted in Round 3, candidates cannot surrender or upgrade their seat.
