    My sister got placed in Karnataka Institute of Medical science in 1st allotment for PG pharmacology. We are waiting for Kerala Entrance results as well. My question, if she get other PG options or other colleges in following allotments, can she discontinue after joining there. Is there any fees to pay if we quit the from there.?
